Each presenter has prepared an information/reference folder for each chapter pertaining to each presentation topic. For example, the Federation Service Officer has prepared an information folder which pertains to the duties and responsibilities of the chapter service officer, a list of contacts, and any other information which seems appropriate for our service officers to be able to perform their jobs better. If the person who is responsible for any of the areas of discussion is not able to attend today, someone from each chapter is asked to deliver the package to that person.

**Charlie Pratt will be available to assist with the breakouts and the legislative/membership sessions.
