Our Web Site
was designed to meet the needs of our members but guest are always
welcome. As a guest you will be able to
view the public areas, make copies of online content and correspond with us as
you wish. If you are interested in
becoming a member – you will find information and forms under the “Guest
Services” item in the navigation bar at the bottom of your screen. If you have specific questions please
contact any of the Federation, Chapter Officers or our Service Officer. You will also find restricted areas on our
Web Site. These areas provide services
to our officers and members.
Membership is open to civilians employed in any agency of the Federal or D.C. governments, including:

Spouses
of current employees or retirees

Former
employees eligible for deferred annuity

Survivors
of those eligible to join NARFE
Enrollment includes membership in a Chapter, State Federation and the National Association, with a subscription to NARFE's monthly magazine "Retirement Life", NC Federation newspaper and Members Only sections of this Web Site. The dues are very affordable and a great value. Members are encouraged to have dues withheld from their annuities.
